Our Arbitration team has extensive experience in both domestic and international arbitration.
We represent a broad range of clients in both AD HOC and International Institutional arbitrations, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC).
We advise on all stages of arbitration procedures and advocate on our clients’ behalf in arbitration hearings, with the support from our litigation team, who possess local rights of audience before all UAE Courts.
